About this experience
The South Obhur Waterfront is a 205,000-square-metre seafront along the southern shore of Sharm Obhur, the creek that cuts into Jeddah's northern coast. The municipality opened it in late 2023 with a curving promenade about three kilometres long, a pier, a cycling track, green lawns and sandy swimming beaches enclosed by safety buoys and watched by lifeguard towers.
