About this experience
A guided visit through Jeddah's maritime story: the dhows that carried pilgrims and cargo across the Red Sea, the charts that mapped its reefs, and the merchant interiors that the trade paid for. The collection sits inside restored Hejazi houses, so the building is half the exhibit — painted timber ceilings, carved plaster niches and shuttered majlis rooms. Your guide explains what you are looking at rather than leaving you with a label. Allow ninety minutes.
